Dr. Bill Brantley's Bio: I build enterprise-wide learning ecosystems using my many skillsets:

+ Training Manager – I am a certified training manager and certified in creating leadership development programs. I am the program manager for the Career Coaching Program at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

+ Instructional Designer and Trainer – I have been a trainer for over two decades and took pride in that I design my courses completely from the ground-up. In that same time, I have been an adjunct college professor at several universities where I designed and delivered courses in a wide variety of topics. I consistently use leading-edge techniques such as microlearning and flipped classroom to create my courses and training programs.

+ Project Manager – Certified in both traditional project management and agile project management. I started as an IT project manager and then branched out into using project management in training and development.

+ Open Source Developer – I have been a developer since I received a Commodore 64 when I was thirteen. I have developed applications in Turbo Pascal, Coldfusion, Visual Basic, PHP, and Javascript (including Node, Bootstrap, Meteor, and several other JS frameworks). I use WordPress, Drupal, Moodle, and CiviCRM along with other open source applications. I am proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and expert in video and audio creation.

+ Data Scientist – I am proficient in R, Tableau, and Excel/Access. I specialize in training and HR analytics and am a certified Data Science Associate through EMC.

+ Design Thinking – I have been trained in design thinking by the Luma Institute and have facilitated several design thinking sessions.
