Panel Discussion: Applying Gamification to Enhance Learning
Join ATD MD for a panel discussion among seasoned Instructional Designers in the HR, Finance, Cybersecurity and Healthcare industries who have designed and developed creatively gamified training solutions. In this discussion, we will explore the design and development of both online and offline games, the pros and cons of using gamification and the infrastructure and technology needed to develop and deploy gamification as an enhanced training solution.

Meet Our Panelists....
Dana Hall is a fourth year Instructional Designer (ID) with a Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design from Walden University. She works as an ID for OneMain Financial in Baltimore, MD, and was previously an ID at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Her development experience has focused mainly on eLearning modalities and she has additional experience in LMS administration, project management, and learning program management for new hire/onboarding programs.
Tamara Kravitz is the Senior Training Director at Cybervance Inc., a government solutions company. She is responsible for the development and roll-out of online courses, webinars/instructor-led training, infographics and more. An expert in gamification, learning strategies, adult learning principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), she has more than 15 years of Instructional Design and Learning Management.
Jeffery Goldman is employed as an e-Learning Designer with the Johns Hopkins Health System. He holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and has 17 years of experience designing and developing e-learning. His experience also includes 20 years of designing and facilitating traditional classroom training in the banking and healthcare industries and for nonprofit organizations.
Matt Estes is the Director of Instructional Design at Evolent Health and leads a team of talented professionals developing cutting-edge learning solutions within the healthcare industry. He has more than 15 years of experience with eLearning and Instructional Design where he has continually pushed training to the limits in the way it is delivered.
